Grieving is a process we all go through to get to a place where we can remember and smile again.
Hi! My name is Suzanne. I am a Grief Doula who walks beside you on the rough terrain of your grief and towards healing. My approach is based on the assumption that you are the expert of your own grief and my work focuses on guiding you to discover your new self as you find meaning.
Having the experience of last goodbyes with nine family members during a five year period I have travelled the rough terrain in the wilderness of grief. My guidance comes from both education and personal experience which allows me to deeply relate to my client's experience of loss.
As your fellow traveler in grief, I am a compassionate listener. My aim is to create a safe space for you to explore your grief journey and provide coping skills to aid your healing journey.
As a way to support more people in my community, Final Kindness was created. It as an avenue to be a friend to those experiencing emotional times, to open the difficult conversations around death, dying and grieving while sharing knowledge, offering empowerment, connection and comfort in a safe space.
