My intention is to ease the heaviness of the emotional pain in grieving as you navigate the grief path.
You are the expert of your personal grief experience. The intimacy of grief can make it feel isolating as it can feel very heavy to carry alone. It deserves to be witnessed.
The complex terrain of grief demands a particular kind of gentle and compassionate support. My life's work is to ensure every griever who wants support has access to a safe space to allow their emotions to rise, express their thoughts and mourn their loved ones.
Together we will sit in unconditional support privately in your own home as you navigate the wilderness of your profound loss. We will reflect on ways to relate to your grief as you gain tools to ease the process.
In a group setting you will be in a safe circle, feel supported, find commonalities and laugh in grief. You will gain understanding to help you process the complexity of grief and the secondary losses that come with the loss of a loved one.
Privately together or with family we can invite your passed loved ones to join us in a loving uplifting conversation. Allow me to be a bridge to connect you with your loved ones in a mediumship connection. We will discuss the subtle signs they are sending to you as they are still with you and want you to know that they are okay.
Grief requires space. Scheduling your grief allows it to rise into mourning during the time you spend with it. Grief bursts can hit unexpectedly and as difficult dates come around again it helps to have a guide by your side.
Grieving is a process we all go through to get to a place where we can remember and smile again.
Everyone experiences it differently and it does change over time. I have been privileged to witness these changes in others as they allow me into their personal journey and their smile returns.

It offered us a safe space to share, sometimes with tears,
as we explored our experience
of grief. Learning from other participants in their stories normalized my own.
We found commonalities,
connection and healing.
